Zubin Garg's fans are still unable to accept his death. There is also confusion about how the singer met with this tragic end. Allegations have also been made against his assistant Siddharth Sharma. Finally, he opened up. What did Siddharth say in his first statement after the accident? The Assam government has formed a special investigation team to find out the cause of Zubin's death. They also conducted a search at Siddharth's house. After this, he wrote an open letter. In it, the singer's assistant clearly claims that the rights to Zubin's nearly 38,000 recorded songs are actually in the hands of various production companies and music companies. That's how the deal was made. Siddharth writes, "Before I entered Zubindar's life, almost all his songs were ready. There were also big commercial hits. He often lamented. He used to say how the producers or music companies were earning crores of rupees from those songs, but he was only getting a modest remuneration. This can be verified directly from those companies." Siddharth said that in 2021, Zubin wanted to keep the rights to some of his later songs with himself. With the idea of establishing that right, he created 'Zubin Garg Music LLP'. Siddharth was his partner in this business. He said, "That company has earned a few thousand per month so far. The entire money is in the company's account, not a single taka has been removed from there. Zubindar owned 60 percent of the company, and it is my responsibility to ensure that his family gets that share properly." Apart from this, Siddharth claims that all the transactions that Zubin earned as a lyricist and composer were directly transferred to his personal account. He also said that the money would be handed over to his wife Garima in full.
Siddharth was accused of breach of trust by Zubin. It was also said that he had also embezzled the singer's money. In response to all the sarcasm, Siddharth said, "This rumor is completely baseless and sad. I have cooperated with the special team formed to investigate his death and will continue to do so in the future." Finally, he requested Zubin's fans, "Please let the investigation be conducted peacefully. This is our duty towards Zubindar." He made this statement after searching Siddharth's house in Datalpara, Guwahati. According to sources, the members of the investigation team were able to start the search after reaching Siddharth's house premises in the morning, but after waiting for about two hours.
