What can the Prime Minister discuss with the Chief Minister?  According to sources, Modi will hold talks with the chief ministers mainly on the lockdown.  The current lockdown is coming to an end on May18.  After that, his deadline will be extended, or it will be raised step by step, there is a strong possibility of discussing it in tomorrow's meeting.  In addition, increasing or decreasing the level of relaxation according to the concentration zone instead of the red, orange and green areas indicated by the center to prevent corona-infection may also be discussed.  The Center has already given a clear indication that it will be lifted step by step according to the rate of infection without removing the lockdown all over the country.  In addition, there is a possibility of discussing the level of lockdown restrictions in some states or areas of the country.  Multiple states demand that the level of restrictions be increased or reduced across the containment area instead of the red, orange or green zone.  That is, lockdown restrictions should be determined on the basis of corona-infection rate.  This is because in some states, the rate of corona-infection has increased in the area after migrant workers return home.  State governments are concerned about this.  As a result, complications in corona-infection control are increasing.  The issue of migrant rworkers is also expected to be discussed at tomorrow's meeting.

The central government has already given concessions to a number of economic activities, including agriculture and construction, to boost the economy affected by the lockdown.  Many areas have come under that discount since April 20.  States as well as the Center have announced concessions in several areas.  But what other steps can be taken to make the economy more dynamic, the meeting may also discuss.  In addition, the issue of migrant workers stranded in different states will also be given priority in the meeting, informed sources said.

According to observers, the virus cannot be easily eradicated right now.  As a result, the government of the country has to find a way to control the rate of corona infection by taking precautions. Cabinet Secretary Gaurav Gowda convened a meeting on Sunday ahead of the PM's video conference with all the states and union territories on Sunday.  He held a video conference with the Chief Secretaries and Health Secretaries of all the states and Union Territories of the country on the occasion.  According to sources, many states have objected to the zoning-based area sharing at the meeting.
